AAA are supporting our growing energy services client with their requirement for a Project Cost Admin on a full time, permanent basis.


This role will be office based, working in their small team reporting into their Project Cost & Systems Controller and brings a large scope of development and progression within the team and the company.

Day to day duties will vary, but include:

  • Project invoicing
  • Provide project expenditure support.
  • Supporting creation of Variation Orders.
  • Support project meetings with projects and internal stakeholders.
  • Review invoice tracker and support weekly meetings.
  • Support with creation of system manuals, processes & procedures.


Candidates are required to have experience within a similar role and should have a good level of competency with basic MS office packages and Finance systems.
