IT Team Support

Our Aberdeen based Client is recruiting for an IT Support on a perm basis.

Reporting into their Digital Manager, this role is an essential part of the team providing IT Support to all departments across the company with regard to General ICT.

 

Duties will vary day to day, but will include:

• Provide support with IT issues across the company's 30 sites
• Respond to internal and external queries and information requests
• Assist in the positive promotion of the company and their services
• Assist in the delivery of IT training to staff across the company
• Assist with the on-going build, data input and configuration of the company's

 

Candidates should have experience working within an IT helpdesk and are required to have access to a vehicle and a full, clean drivers license. Candidates are expected to work out of hours, on a rota basis, including weekends.

 

Candidates are required to have full right to work for this role as this Client is unable to sponsor at this time. Candidates should be based in the Aberdeen City / Shire area.
