This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting their employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution on HR-related matters
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with managers to support performance evaluation processes, provide coaching on performance-related issues, and assist in the development of performance improvement plans
- Identify training needs within the organisation, coordinate training sessions, and support the implementation of employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, updating HR policies and procedures as necessary
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, administer benefit programs, and facilitate open enrolment processes.
