We are working with our client based in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis.
The Service Desk Analyst will be assisting the Service Desk Engineers in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
In addition their other duties and responsibilities will include but won’t be limited too:
• Answer Customer Queries
• Administration of day to day Service desk tasks
• Create new incident tickets
• Monitor and respond to all alerts and create tickets as required
There will be a rotational day shift pattern for these shifts which will include weekend work.
