Regional Sales Manager - Norwich

We are working exclusively with our client to source a Regional Sales Manager based in the Norwich area.

Our client provide a technical product range in relation to hazardous areas, to a variety of industries but mainly the Oil & Gas sector.

Reporting to the UK Head Of Sales you will be responsible for the South of England territory with a particular focus on Norwich, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth.

Key aspects to the position will be implementing the company sales strategy, building a sales pipeline and maximising on sales opportunities within your territory.


• Work closely with the Head Of UK Sales to develop the sales pipeline and opportunities

• Manage and develop the relationship with key clients

• Actively source and develop new business opportunities

• Maintain and develop route to market for the different brand offerings

• Manage all projects within the region ensuring timescales are met

• Provide training and support to end users and provide in house training when necessary

The ideal candidate for this position will have enjoyed a successful sales career to date and be comfortable selling a technical solution while working to target as well as other KPI’s.

You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Although hazardous areas/industry experience is not essential, applicants must be technically minded and able to demonstrate success in a previous B2B sales role.

The role will require some travel both within the UK and on occasion within Europe.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
