Receptionist; Front of House - Aberdeen

We are currently recruiting for a front of house receptionist.
 

Key Skills

  • You must be an organised individual and have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
  • You must have a professional telephone manner, good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages
  • Accurate audio typing and keyboard skills are essential
  • You must be able to take control of a situation and deal with enquiries in a confident manner
  • You must be presentable in your appearance and pleasant in your manner

Key responsibilities/duties

  • Answering and forwarding telephone phone calls
  • Taking accurate messages and emailing the relevant person
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Arranging courier collections
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • General Admin duties  – typing; updating spreadsheets; filing, scanning, etc.
