Our client, an established HR, Competence and Training provider is currently seeking a Product Support Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities include –
o Provide 1st line technical support to clients in line with agreed operational targets
o Assist in the execution and deployment of company products and services in line with agreed operational targets and client expectations.
o Document and escalate 2nd line customer support requests to the 2nd line support team.
o Provide guidance and training where necessary to internal employees and existing clients
o Contribute to the delivery of an out-of-hours support service
o Ensure internal support processes are followed and kept up-to-date
o To populate a knowledgebase for technical information via the existing support system
o To maintain the internal customer information pages on the intranet
o To compile reports on SLA targets, numbers and types of request
o Act as primary contact for all technical support enquiries
Essential experience required -
o Experience in a client facing support role.
o Experience in a customer service/relations role.
o Experience using Microsoft Windows products.
o A thorough understanding and experience of continual improvement processes.
