Requirement for an Administrator on a permanent basis to work for one of our clients based in Aberdeen City Centre
. • Check faxes/emails from distributor/transporters for any problems, check that the stock balances.
• Weights entered into the system and balanced with Supplier Invoice/Confirmation.
• Dealing with any stock discrepancy quickly and efficiently with Sales Rep/Suppliers/Transporters.
• Collation of order confirmations along with individual weights, treatment sheets, proforma invoices to customer who require such documentation.
• Checking and Running of reports for various transporters to inform stock in, allocation and stock left.
• Posting Invoices to Purchase Ledger for all divisions
• Running Invoices/Statements
• Holiday cover for other Admin Personnel
• Other Administrational duties as and when required.
