We are recruiting for a full time Accounts Assistant to join our clients team on a permanent basis in Westhill.
Duties will involve -
Processing of purchase invoices Reconciliation of statements and dealing with suppliers invoice and payment queries.
Liaising with staff and suppliers to deal with queries.
Adding new suppliers to system and dealing with associated due diligence requirements.
Generally assisting the accounts department with administration duties.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications -
Good understanding of ledger accounting and associated documents. E.g. invoice, statements, remittances PC literate, good knowledge of excel and modular accounting systems.
Good all round communication skills Excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
